By accessing and using Ocean Horizon View Way's lead generation platform and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Ocean Horizon View Way provides advanced lead generation services through AI-powered targeting and social network integration. Our platform helps businesses identify, qualify, and convert potential customers across multiple advertising channels.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Using the service only for legitimate business purposes
  • Not engaging in any fraudulent or deceptive practices

4. Lead Quality and Qualification

We define qualified leads as prospects who meet specific criteria including demonstrated interest, budget authority, identified need, and appropriate timeline. While we strive to deliver high-quality leads, conversion rates may vary based on your sales process, product offering, and market conditions.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due per qualified lead delivered as outlined in your selected pricing plan. Invoices are generated monthly and payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension.

6. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of leads generated through our platform. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA.

7. Intellectual Property

The Ocean Horizon View Way platform, including all software, algorithms, and proprietary technology, remains the exclusive property of Ocean Horizon View Way. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for lead generation purposes only.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ocean Horizon View Way's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits or business opportunities.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked and any outstanding invoices become immediately due.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas.
